Simon Hegele acquires shares of CST Transports in France

Simon Hegele has taken over 75 percent of the company shares in CST Transports as of June 30, 2023. The current Managing Director of the French transport company based in Gonesse in the immediate vicinity of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, Christophe Jacquin, will remain on the management board. In future, it will be supplemented by Anne Witz, who has been Operations Manager at Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions France SARL since 2021 and manages the French business of the logistics service provider.

Simon Hegele and CST Transports have been working closely together on the French market for around 20 years in the field of transport and assembly of large medical equipment. With the acquisition of the shares, both companies are taking a further step in joint customer development and in the expansion of their respective customer portfolios. In addition, the expansion of the cooperation means an extension of the transport networks in France and is thus a further milestone in the internationalization strategy of the Simon Hegele Group.
