Simon Hegele Group restructures management in the Industry & Retail sector

• Karim-Oliver Darvich becomes new Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
• Stefan Schindler takes over as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Christoph Ludin gradually withdraws from management

The Simon Hegele Group announces personnel changes in the management of the Industry & Retail sector as part of its further development. 

Karim-Oliver Darvich, previously COO, will become Managing Director Sales (CSO) Industry & Retail sector. In this position, he will play a key role in driving forward customer acquisition and development. 

Stefan Schindler, formerly syncreon/DP World, will assume responsibility for operations in the Industry & Retail sector as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Christoph Ludin, who previously held the position of CSO in the Industry & Retail sector and various management functions within the Simon Hegele Group, will gradually withdraw from the company at his own request over the next twelve months. However, Ludin will remain Managing Director of IT Chain GmbH and Distriparts Deutschland GmbH until further notice.
