Simon Hegele acquires majority at Kilian

Simon Hegele Gesellschaft für Logistik und Service mbH becomes the majority owner of Kilian Metallverarbeitung GmbH and thus expands the service portfolio in the Healthcare division around the design and production of metallic transport and manufacturing frames.

Kilian Metallverarbeitung GmbH, based in Baiersdorf (Erlangen-Höchstadt district), has been a partner of the Simon Hegele group of companies for many years. The management is taken over by Mike Winter and Gerhard Kilian - the previous owner, with whom 35% of the company will remain for the time being.
