The Project Management team is integral and helps oversee the construction progress on our customers' behalf. MRI suites or Cath lab rooms, for example, need extensive construction and remodeling before a new system can be installed. Our team acts as an extension of our customers on those projects. Our service includes supporting the planning process together with the hospital, representing our customer in construction meetings, site visits, and budget control. All of our Project Managers are experienced in multiple modalities and are Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
