Our team oversees 2000 installation projects per year

Our Project Coordinators are specially trained and experienced to support our customers before and during the project (e.g. installation). They coordinate all necessary resources internally to execute the project successfully. They work together with a customer’s project manager to ensure an interruption-free delivery and installation.

Our Project Coordinators are assigned to special regions and/or to individual customers. Our multilingual team is adaptable and is accustomed to working with clients regardless of time zone.

Project Coordinators own the project from the first contact for a quote, during the execution, all the way through to the end (including invoicing and collecting a customer satisfaction survey). They are the main contact throughout the project.

Expert planning and communication with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders are key for timely and efficient project management and coordination.
