As a nation, we are coming together to slow the spread of COVID-19 and we all have an important role to play in protecting public health and safety. Deemed an essential business by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions is open for business during this time.
Our team is hard at work ensuring critical medical equipment is being installed in hospitals even when our communities are under lockdown or shelter-in status. We will continue mission-critical delivery and installation of medical devices, and other essential equipment.
Our office is working remotely and fully functional, we are taking proper precautions in our warehouse and have augmented our shift schedule to accommodate social distancing, and our field technicians are following all protocols onsite at health systems. We are taking every precaution available to prevent the spread of illness by strictly following, and in some cases surpassing, all CDC guidelines.
The health and well-being of our employees, customers and community will always our top priority. Thank you to all of our team members who have been working to keep themselves and others safe during this time, while working hard to serve our clients and keep vital shipments moving. Please note — in case of any delays of installations, our team can accommodate short and long-term storage of medical systems in our warehouses and keep your magnets cold in our MR cooling farm.
