Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions is proud to announce its partnership with Quartz Solutions Inc., (QSI) a subsidiary of GVB GmbH – Solutions in Glass. QSI, a specialty quartz glass manufacturer, opened its U.S. operations in February 2022 and is continuing to expand in the U.S. They partnered with Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions as their warehousing and distribution partner which allows them to expedite shipping with the facility located just outside of the Chicago O’Hare airport corridor.
QSI distributes and processes a variety of products including plates, tubes, sleeves, rods and other products made of quartz glass for #UV applications, laser optics, and more.
The company manufacturers products in Europe and needed a strong partner in the U.S. to manage shipping and receiving of products, and found that by partnering with Simon Hegele. In addition to logistics services, Simon Hegele and QSI have integrated the partnership further through Simon Hegele’s office support. A bilingual (German and English) team supports QSI’s U.S. customers by answering customer questions over the phone and email, providing data entry, and placing and processing orders.
